These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern Your use of the FilmSeats website and mobile application (the "Service"), operated by FilmSeats LLC ("We", "Us" or "Our"). By using the Service, You agree to these Terms. If You do not agree, please do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how We handle Your personal data.
Using the Service
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. An account is optional. If You create one, You are responsible for activity under it, and Your username cannot be changed once set.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the reviews, ratings, photos and other content You post. By posting it, You grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You are solely responsible for Your content, and You confirm that You have the right to post it and that it complies with the law and these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to post content that is fake, misleading, spam, unlawful, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights, including recordings of films. You also agree not to misuse the Service, for example by using automated tools, bypassing Our security measures or disrupting the Service.
Moderation
We may remove any content, and suspend or terminate any account or username, at Our discretion and without notice.
Reviews and Theater Information
Reviews are the opinions of the users who post them, not of FilmSeats. Seat maps and other theater information are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or inaccurate. FilmSeats is not affiliated with or endorsed by any theater chain; theater names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Copyright
If You believe content on the Service infringes Your copyright, email contact@filmseats.com with enough detail for Us to identify it. We remove infringing content and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FilmSeats LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from Your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page. Continuing to use the Service means You accept the updated Terms.
