Dolby Cinema (Auditorium 1) at AMC Lincoln Square 13

Slightly off-centered and maybe a little too close to the screen. You will have to crane your neck up, but reclining your seat back largely solves that issue. One row back might have been better. Sound was still awesome and it was still plenty immersive.

This could be a 4-5 star seat. This was my first time in this theater so I don’t have another seat to compare it to. But I thought it was pretty good! You could probably sit a seat or two closer to really fill out your field of vision, but then the closer you sit, the more you’ll be looking up. I did feel like I was looking up a bit, but the recline of the chair made it so my neck was comfy sitting back the whole time. Seems like that’s just how this theater is built. You’re right underneath the balcony but it does not obstruct your view. sound was good but like I said it was my first time in this theater so I couldn’t tell you if the sound is better/worse in another seat. Overall a nice, very centered seat :)

First row under the balcony, would probably go one or two rows ahead if possible for better sound. Have to look up at the screen, but the seats recline so it's not a huge deal for me.

too low compared to the screen NOTE: when i posted this review, my main seat goal was being eye level with the center of the screen, but being slightly below the screen makes for a better viewing experience since humans tend to prefer looking slightly upward, so take this review with a grain of salt

Pretty good seat. I am a bigger guy so I could easily see over the edge, but others might find it difficult. Luckily, the seat can lift itself up and forward a little bit if you adjust the head settings.

Even though the bar blocked it a tiny bit, it wasn’t noticeable once the movie started.

Great seat. I thought I would be a little off center to the left but I wasn’t. This is the ADA row so the walkway is wide, you don’t have to worry about you or another person in the row scooting to their seat. The picture and sound quality is amazing. This was my first time in this theater so I can’t compare it to another seat. However, I would recommend using the recliner seat as it will make for a more comfortable experience and easier to view the film.

Solid seats

have to climb about a stairwell length of steps but SO worth it. perfect distance from screen while being able to see it in its’ entirety, without having to crane or tilt your head. and seats have functioning recliners.
