Auditorium 6 at AMC Lincoln Square 13

The dead centre of this screen seems to be straight down the middle between the 5 and 6 numbered seats, so either 5 or 6 would work to be centrally seated. I would personally not want to sit further back than this, and I would actually would have been happy to sit in rows F and G for greater immersion, but for Japanese-language Akira the distance made reading subtitles and looking at the image easier. Row G Seats 5/6 might be ideal because there is a surround speaker directly adjacent to this row.
