I pick this seat as often as I can. Or any seat in the top row for that matter. The screen is so tall that you're going to be looking up no matter where you sit, but the top row minimizes neck strain. I have not noticed any downgrade in sound quality compared to anywhere else in this auditorium. I think its due to the fact that the top row isn't pushed right up against a back wall. There is a walkway, and there are also bathrooms right outside the exit doors on the top row! Another huge plus is not having to scoot past anyone to get to your seat. I've had the privilege of watching a few 15/70 projections here and you don't even hear noise from the projector booth.

The view was great since the screen is huge, and getting in and out was super easy because the wheelchair section next to me was empty. The only thing is this seat is built on the flat floor of the very last row with a ceiling overhead, and the two speakers hanging behind are actually kinda in front of this spot. But sound was so loud I didn’t really notice much.

Project Hail Mary - Loved having the movie encompass almost my entire field of view. Sat a slight angle, didn’t feel like I was looking up much at all. Ideally would be more center, this is okay if it’s the only spot available in Row D. Made me curious how the view is from Center C!

honestly werk! i know it's not the middle of the row but super easy to leave the biggest auditorium in nyc at the end of the film. there's a door just behind you and you don't need to wait for/walk over an entire row of people bc of the gap. great audio and experience.

the perfect seat. avoid the tradeoffs of row M (notably the blue walkway light and slightly off-centered seats) while still being damn near as vertically centered as you can get. it's not as popular as L21 but it's legitimately the most centered seat in the row

Great, slightly-off-center seat two rows from the back. Watched OBAA in 1.43:1 the whole way through, and was able to see every inch of the screen without being taken out of the movie. Highly recommend for anyone worried about sitting far from the screen.

Eye level is a little above the lower third of the screen so you have to look up the whole time. I would sit a little higher to have eye level be the middle of the screen (J or K). Still a good view, especially if you want the screen to fill your FOV.

I saw Sinners from this seat on April 16th - while you can still see the full screen, the angle isn’t always comfortable, especially for sequences in 1:1.43 ratio. You may not miss anything, but you’ll have to physically turn your head sometimes.

J21 & 22 are pretty much centered. I think subjectively it’s a good distance you can view the whole screen without moving your head but the edges are still in the periphery. Objectively J row is on-axis to the height and side speakers

Had a pretty rough experience sitting here to watch Oppenheimer, so much so that I didn’t really like the movie the first time I watched it. I’d recommend finding another IMAX if the back half of the Lincoln Square theater is empty.
